What happens at consultation
Your 60 MINUTES consultation begins with a guided conversation about your goals, daily routine, and any prior permanent makeup. We review medical history, medications, skin conditions, and sensitivities that affect candidacy. Bring reference photos or examples you like. The $50 consultation fee is collected up front and will be applied toward your total balance if you move forward with treatment.
During the appointment we use visual planning and discussion to explore shape, density, and color choices that enhance your features without promising a specific outcome. We also talk through maintenance expectations and a realistic schedule for initial procedures and touch-ups. Seasonality matters—many clients prefer cooler months for healing, so timing may consider January, February, September, and October when bookings are busiest.
Designing a personalized plan
Design is collaborative: we sketch, measure, and discuss until the proposed shape works with your facial anatomy and lifestyle. Choices balance hair pattern, skin texture and how you typically wear makeup. Many clients value a natural look and the time saved from daily routines; the consultation clarifies the level of enhancement you want and what to expect from the process.
We outline practical considerations such as likely pigment fade, frequency of touch-ups, and recovery factors influenced by local climate and routines. Castle Shannon’s four-season weather and commute-oriented schedules in the South Hills can influence ideal timing, so we’ll recommend when to schedule procedures for the best convenience and healing conditions.
Next steps and scheduling
At the end of the consultation we recommend a customized course of action and help you schedule the first appointment if you’re ready. The $50 consultation charge will be deducted from your total balance. Appointments are arranged with a practical commuter in mind: the studio is conveniently reached from Library Road, Route 88 and nearby South Hills transit connections.
Bring clear reference photos, a list of current medications, and any questions about color and shape to make the hour productive. If you have existing brow or lip pigment, we’ll assess it during consultation and discuss options; sometimes corrective work or different timing is advised. We’ll also explain the scheduling rhythm for an initial procedure and any required touch-up.
